Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) is looking to drive growth and enhance its market presence with a new hire. Donna Krusznis joins the Avenel, NJ-based company as senior director of marketing.

In her role, Krusznis will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand development, digital marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and market research. Krusznis has B2B expertise in consumer behavior and strategic planning, according to Vantage, both of which will help elevate the supplier.

Krusznis has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management, holding various leadership roles in prominent consumer-focused companies. She has a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive growth, according to Vantage. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration from Kean University.
