Sky High Marketing (asi/328476), a distributor with offices in Las Vegas and Milwaukee, has acquired Big Bend, WI-based distributor Maple Avenue Printing & Embroidery. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

The strategic expansion helps to strengthen Sky High Marketing’s production capabilities, introducing in-house screen printing to the distributor’s list of decorating services.

“This acquisition strengthens our in-house production and expands our ability to deliver high-volume screen-printed apparel with greater speed and consistency,” said Josh Kozinski, CEO of Sky High Marketing. “Bringing screen-printing operations in-house increases capacity, streamlines timelines and enhances supply chain control, allowing us to offer clients high-quality branded merchandise with faster lead times.”

Benj Lawrenz, chief operations officer at Sky High, agreed that offering in-house screen printing would help the firm “elevate client experience.”

Scott Naber, director of operations at Maple Avenue, said that being able to offer expanded promotional merch through Sky High Marketing will be a boon for clients. “We’re excited to bring enhanced capabilities that will ensure our clients benefit from a stronger, more comprehensive suite of services,” he added.

In addition to adding in-house screen printing, the acquisition helps to expand Sky High Marketing’s embroidery resources and adds production capacity across apparel and branded merchandise.

The latest acquisition comes after the 2024 grand opening of Sky High Marketing’s new corporate headquarters in Wisconsin and the 2023 acquisition of At Your Service Inc.
