The Counselor Top 40 distributor has announced the promotion of Jack Audibert to chief strategy officer and chief compliance officer. Audibert has served as the vice president of growth and strategic initiatives at the Quincy, MA-based distributor since joining the firm in 2020.

“We operate in a massive $26 billion industry that continues to evolve, and I believe the opportunity ahead is larger than ever,” Audibert told ASI Media. “Today, we see a tremendous runway for innovation, operational excellence and thoughtful consolidation across the supplier and distributor landscape. As programs become more integrated and data-driven, there is real potential for companies to elevate the impact of branded merchandise and deliver greater value across the ecosystem.”

For Stran, Audibert’s expanded role signals a shift in aligning its leadership structure with growth priorities and evolving operational needs.

“Jack has been an invaluable member of our senior management team for many years,” said Stran CEO Andy Shape, a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “His strategic discipline, operational insight and deep understanding of our business have been instrumental in advancing our long-term objectives, and we look forward to his continued contributions as we work to further strengthen our leadership position in the multibillion-dollar promotional products industry.”

Stran has been through its fair share of organizational changes since Audibert joined the firm. The company raised approximately $42.4 million through an initial public offering on the NASDAQ in late 2021. The distributor has expanded significantly since then, with several strategic acquisitions including the purchase of the Gander Group, a California-based provider of casino continuity and loyalty programs. The deal helped increase Stran’s revenue by 39% in 2024.

Audibert has been at the forefront of these strategic milestones, supporting the company “through multiple phases of expansion, from our earlier development efforts through to our IPO and subsequent growth as a public company,” Shape said. He added that Audibert has played a central role in both organic initiatives and M&A strategy, including the acquisition and integration of five other companies.

Audibert’s new role will formalize existing leadership and oversight of key areas across the organization, while positioning him to play an even greater role in shaping the future of Stran Promotional Solutions. As CSO, he will continue to lead Stran’s corporate planning, evaluate and advance new growth opportunities, and guide the strategic framework supporting the firm’s next phase of expansion. As CCO, he will oversee regulatory and compliance functions, including casino-related licensing, regulatory obligations and requirements Stran must now comply with after the Gander acquisition.

“Stran has entered an exciting phase of growth, and I’m committed to helping drive disciplined execution across our strategic initiatives, integrations and expanding operational footprint,” Audibert added. “We have a tremendous opportunity to build on our heritage, strengthen our leadership position in the industry and continue delivering value for our customers, partners and shareholders.”

Based on 2024 North American promotional product revenue of $114.1 million, Stran Promotional Solutions ranked 23rd on Counselor’s most recent list of largest distributors in the industry.
