Goldstar Hires Cathy Yonek as Global Director of Digital Experience

Counselor Top 40 supplier Goldstar (asi/73295) has tapped Cathy Yonek to help lead it into a new digital age.

She’ll serve as the new global director of digital experience at the Shelbyville, TN-based supplier, focused on updating the company’s digital presence to improve efficiency, order management and data sharing.

“It’s all about simplifying the sharing of information for our partners and moving Goldstar into the next phase of digital sophistication,” Yonek said.

Her addition to the Goldstar team will play a key role in the company’s forthcoming rebrand, announced early last month and set to launch in January. Described as “more than just a logo makeover,” company changes include both a new brand identity and an updated product catalog. Yonek will be tasked with refreshing Goldstar’s website to better optimize product search and overall user experience.
