Counselor Top 40 supplier Garyline (asi/55990) celebrated its recent move to Spring Hill, FL, with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The 61-year-old company, known for providing American-made drinkware, office items, bags and other promotional products, had announced near the end of 2022 that it was making the move from New York to Florida. In August of this year, Garyline announced that its southbound migration was complete, thanks in part to a private equity investment from Mill Point Capital.

Garyline (asi/55990) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony after relocating operations to a 450,000-square-foot facility in Spring Hill, FL.

Now, the supplier said it’s time to celebrate its state-of-the-art 450,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Pasco County, FL, which employes more than 500.

“We are incredibly excited to open this new facility, which represents the next chapter of growth and innovation for Garyline,” said Richard Hellinger, CEO. “Our mission has always been to provide businesses with top-tier promotional products that help elevate their brands, and this new facility allows us to expand our offerings and continue to deliver the high-quality products our clients have come to expect from us.”

Garyline said its new facility houses advanced machinery and printing technology.

Garyline noted that the facility will lead to faster turnaround times and enhanced production capabilities.

Executives said the factory houses advanced machinery, including injection molding, extrusion blow molding and stretch blow molding machines. The supplier also offers printing technologies that include UV silk screening, digital printing and laser etching. Plus, the facility has more than 6 miles of pallet racking, which will help Garyline manage large-scale production, warehousing and assembly, all under one roof.

Furthermore, Garyline said that the new facility advances its commitment to sustainability, integrating eco-friendly practices that include everything from using recycled materials to adopting energy-efficient manufacturing methods.

“We are incredibly proud of our rich history and excited for what lies ahead,” Hellinger said. “With our expanded capabilities and dedication to customer satisfaction, we are poised to support our clients’ promotional goals for many years to come.”

In business since 1963, Garyline describes itself as a vertically integrated manufacturer, custom printer and supplier of promotional products and specialty packaging. Based on reported 2023 North American promotional product revenue of $62.6 million, Garyline ranked 30th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
