Lyons, who will lead the supplier’s customer service efforts, comes to HCL after spending three decades with Spectrum, where he supervised a team of more than 20 call center representatives supporting cable, internet and phone services. 

While Lyons is new to the promo industry, he’s experienced the power of promo products firsthand.

“At my previous [role], I was the one who handed out the promotional items we received and saw the excitement and morale boost it gave within our call center,” he says. “There was a sense of feeling valued and appreciated for their hard work. Lyons also brings a fresh perspective and a strong understanding of evolving customer expectations, according to HCL.
