Overture Promotions Co-Founder Joins ePromos in VP Role
Heather Sanderson has been named the Top 40 distributor’s vice president of sales.
Heather Sanderson, a co-founder and former CEO of Top 40 distributor Overture Promotions (asi/288473), has joined Top 40 distributorship ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) as its new vice president of sales.
Sanderson, who was the recipient of Counselor’s Distributor Woman of Distinction Award in 2012 and Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2015, will lead the ePromos sales team. Her charge is to continue to build on the organization’s strategic growth. Sanderson is also a past member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people.
“We couldn’t be more excited for Heather to join the ePromos team,” said ePromos President Adam Rosenbaum. “Heather is a perfect fit for our culture, and her success scaling the sales team and company during her tenure at Overture speaks to our commitment of providing best-in-industry leadership for our sales team and the expansion of our business development efforts.”

Sanderson was one of three co-founders of Overture and was the firm’s CEO during her 16-plus years with the company, which came to an end in 2017. ePromos executives noted that Sanderson helped Overture grow into a Top 40 distributorship.
She also spearheaded what was described as a strong mentorship program that supported team growth – something that closely aligns with ePromos’ future plans.
Sanderson said that one thing that drew her to ePromos is that it is a WBENC-certified business.
“The benefits of being a female-owned business are immense,” said Sanderson. “Women entrepreneurs have access to federal contracts, networking, educational opportunities, new clients and business partners, and significant roles in transforming industries, contributing to the economy, and empowering communities across America.”
Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $79.6 million, ePromos ranked 27th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributorships in the industry.
