High Caliber Line (HCL) attained a major milestone in 2025, reaching $50 million in sales – an increase of nearly 10% that propelled the company back onto the Counselor Top 40 list for the first time in a decade. “We had a pretty aggressive plan that included finding new bestsellers, working closely with our top 30 customers and nailing a big national account through one of our distributors,” says CEO and founder Daniel Oas. The firm also earned an EcoVadis Bronze rating for its sustainability efforts.

Moving forward, HCL aims to add another $5 million in sales this year and earn an EcoVadis Gold rating. The company is also automating many of its processes – the supplier currently enters 97% of its orders with AI. “Next, we'll automate a large portion of the artwork,” says Oas. “Our objective is to have 50% of our orders get into production with only a brief human interaction.”
