Late summer 2025 marked a period of major change for Vancouver, BC-based Stormtech. The supplier of high-end technical garments and accessories opened a new Toronto distribution center in August and unveiled a new B2B web platform the following month. “Both projects were massive upgrades to the infrastructure supporting our customer experience,” says Shane Brett, who was named CEO in September, “and will enable us to continue improving that experience for our distributor partners in the U.S., Canada and internationally.”

In addition, Stormtech continues to concentrate on streamlining the customer service, order process, decoration and delivery turn time. “We remain focused on the factors we can control,” says Brett. “That’s primarily supporting our distributors in the best way possible and being a dependable supplier of high-quality outdoor apparel and bags.”
