Washington, MO-based The Magnet Group (TMG) inches up one spot on this year’s list after notching a 5% revenue increase in 2025. That’s an honor for the TMG team, especially in a year filled with huge tariff fluctuations, global conflict and uncertainty, says Chief Revenue Officer and Counselor Power 50 member Dan Jellinek. “We take great pride in outperforming the market,” he adds. The 2026 Counselor Best Place to Work is approaching the year ahead with an opportunity-first mindset despite continued challenges. It’s all about “building on 2025” to be better, smarter and faster, Jellinek says.
