The Nashville-based supplier of workwear saw modest growth in 2025, despite macroeconomic difficulties. “We overcame significant challenges including tariffs, government spending reductions and a contracting U.S. manufacturing sector,” says John Cruser, vice president and general manager of Workwear Outfitters. “Overall, our in-stock and on-time service levels to customers were strong, and we continue to make investments in our systems, our supply chain and inventory to improve even more.” This year, the supplier is working on key projects to improve customer experience, streamline its supply chain and implement new AI technologies and automation.
