Quality Logo Products (QLP) drops one spot on this year’s list after sales fell over 4%. CEO Bret Bonnet cites challenges in the current online marketing environment – specifically, navigating SEO and organic search listings – but the Aurora, IL-based distributor spent 2025 continuing to update and automate many of its internal systems. QLP launched, for example, a self-service portal that allows customers to make order changes or additions without any live customer service assistance, and plans to release a modernized automation-focused CRM for employees later this year.

On the sales side, Bonnet says that 2025 also marked QLP’s official transition from “a mostly transactional to a relationship-focused go-to-market strategy,” a mindset that will carry the company into 2026 and beyond.
