Promo sales dropped 12.5% for Myron (the firm recalibrated its reported revenue to exclude European sales). Established in 1949 as a family-owned business, industry veteran Jeff Lederer, formerly of supplier Prime Line, took the reins in 2023 via his investment firm GIG Myron Holdings. At the time, Lederer told Counselor, the distributor was in need of a brand turnaround and a bit of “TLC.” In April 2025, Myron acquired Promos On-Time, a Florham Park, NJ-based distributor. Myron said the acquisition would allow it “to expand our personalized and pre-decorated offerings.”
