CEO David Ashe is proud that, despite increased costs in 2025 due to a variety of factors, Corporate Imaging Concepts (CIC) worked to keep prices steady for clients. “A lot of the year went into holding the line without just passing everything through to our clients,” says Ashe. “It’s not glamorous, but it mattered. A real chunk of our energy has gone into managing that, so clients don’t get hit with sticker shock every time they reorder.”

This year, the team plans to launch new AI and automation tools, and is focused on expanding its web store business. “We want to give our clients a much clearer view of how their stores are actually performing, including what’s selling, what’s not and where margin is going,” says Ashe. Counselor estimates that revenue for the distributor fell 4% in 2025.
