Boundless stayed relatively flat in 2025, with very modest revenue growth of under 1%. The Austin, TX-based distributor launched a new order entry and management platform, unveiled a redesigned website and expanded its “Merch Media Agency” approach to the market, while adding key senior management hires, according to CEO and Counselor Power 50 member Aaron Hamer. In April 2026, Boundless acquired Wet Paint Group, strengthening its capabilities in live brand activations and onsite gifting experiences for conferences, incentive trips and executive events.

Looking ahead, Hamer says the firm aims to triple growth in its e-commerce vertical, launch a curated direct-to-consumer shop, expand its overseas sourcing and account management teams, and release AI-native sales tools to support reps and clients alike.
