Navigating challenges has been the theme of the past year for IMS. Clients increasingly looked to the distributor for help traversing a complex market, characterized by tariff uncertainty, supply chain shifts, pricing instability and evolving customer expectations, says Daniella Saguy, vice president of account development. That problem-solving expertise helped the Skokie, IL-based company grow sales by nearly 7%. “We continued to expand our sourcing strategies through nearshoring, domestic supplier partnerships and alternative global production options,” Saguy says. “We also leaned into technology, logistics and integrated execution to deliver stronger outcomes for clients.”

Now, IMS is looking at diversifying its client base, expanding in high-growth industries, deepening relationships with clients, and enhancing service offerings through technology and data-driven insights. “Our goal,” says Saguy, “is to help simplify complex workflows, optimize spend and bring marketing ideas to life more efficiently across retail, branded merchandise, print, logistics and fulfillment.”
