Counselor estimates an 8.6% promo products revenue increase for Cintas, a distributor and global company known for its uniform rental and facility services business. The estimate doesn’t account for the Mason, OH-based company’s acquisition of fellow uniform provider UniFirst, which Cintas successfully acquired in early 2026 after years of trying. This time it tacked on a $350 million reverse termination fee Cintas said it would pay to UniFirst in the event the merger is blocked by antitrust laws.

The deal officially went through in March for $5.5 billion, marking Cintas’ largest acquisition to date.
