American Solutions for Business rebranded as ASB this year while continuing to use its full company name in secondary logos to reinforce its legacy. The firm grew promo sales by 3% last year and also increased overall revenue, net profit and EBITDA. In July, company president Justin Zavadil (Counselor's 2025 Person of the Year) added CEO to his title, with founder Larry Zavadil transitioning to the role of chairman. The firm partnered last summer with U.K.-based distributor Promo Memento, allowing ASB to better service clients throughout the EMEA region.
