Counselor’s number-one Best Place to Work among extra-large industry companies (over 250 employees) rose two spots on the list, following an impressive double-digit revenue increase. The supplier – which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year – continues to maintain ambitious growth goals, in particular supported by the popularity of Teksource, its overseas division for custom cut-and-sew apparel, accessories and bags. As part of that push, Tekweld is working to scale infrastructure to support the expansion while mitigating any drop in service levels.
