After seeing revenue soar in 2022, things were different for the Los Angeles firm last year, as the distributor reported a double-digit decline in sales. Still, the sustainability-focused company helmed by industry vet and Power 50 member Memo Kahan is poised for growth this year, naming longtime employee Kate Alavez as company president at the end of 2023 and starting off 2024 by transitioning to a new ERP/CRM system, which Kahan calls PromoShop’s “biggest accomplishment in many years.”
