ePromos falls six spots this year, after a revenue decline of nearly 20%. The distributor went through a critical top-to-bottom technology transition in that timeframe, which required changes in its processes and retraining of team members that contributed to the slowdown. Now, the company says it’s more agile and offers a top-notch customer service experience. Its next phase of growth includes a focus on social responsibility and scaling operations efficiently. In January the firm hired Adam Rosenbaum as president; Rosenbaum was previously chief strategy officer at Top 40 distributor BAMKO (asi/131431) and before that COO and CFO at former Top 40 distributor Tangerine Promotions.
