AIA moves up a spot this year, after a flat, but stable 2023. “A big highlight was winning new distributor contracts with $1 million plus in annual sales,” says VP of Marketing Stacy Price. “And with new owners signed in Q3 and Q4, we’re expecting a healthy increase for 2024.” Goals this year for the company, which appeared on Counselor’s 2024 Best Places to Work list, include “optimizing inbound marketing and sales operations to elevate the buyer’s journey for promo distributors seeking a strategic partnership,” says Price.
