ASI® Names Mark Quinn Chief Financial Officer
TREVOSE, PA – February 14, 2008 - The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the largest media and marketing organization serving the advertising specialty industry, named Mark Quinn, CPA, chief financial officer.
Mr. Quinn will report to Vince Bucolo, chief operating officer, and he will oversee the finance operations for ASI and will work with its senior leaders to analyze the financial performance of their units and to streamline operations.
In addition, he will provide strategy and direction for creating a consistent, timely and accurate fiscal reporting structure for ASI as it continues to integrate the reporting function into a new central information system.
Before joining ASI, Mr. Quinn was vice president and chief financial officer of Content Data Solutions, a firm that provides data conversion, data management, digital publishing websites and pre-press services. In that role, he was responsible for all finance, business planning and strategic planning decisions.
Prior to Content Data Solutions, Mark served for 15 years with CONRAIL, based in Philadelphia. He started his career as an internal auditor, before advancing to contract manager. In that position, he led the team that redesigned the department and which became the benchmark of the railroad industry by utilizing various technologies. His most recent position was director of asset utilization.

Mr. Quinn holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Villanova University and he is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in Springfield, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Jennifer, and children, Ashley and Mark, Jr.
