When Crystal D (asi/47759) founder Chuck Dahlgren died suddenly last fall, the supplier of corporate awards and gifts struggled to find ways to boost morale. Dahlgren, who had a broad smile and was much beloved, was a big proponent of ensuring the business had a vibrant culture, and his passing left a huge void.

Not long after, Crystal D began doing WOW! Wednesday, a weekly internal broadcast of customer testimonials to remind staff – known as “Memory Makers” – how valued they are. And just recently, the supplier took their broadcasts public by streaming them live on Facebook.
