Back in college, Jon Katz, the founder of supplier BLENDi (asi/63737), had a dilemma. After working out at the gym, he found his protein smoothies were anything but smooth. “It sounds so trivial, but it’s gross eating protein clumps,” Katz says, wondering if there wasn’t a better way to get a smoothly blended shake.
And so, the idea for the cordless, portable blender BLENDi was born.
