Top 40 supplier HUB Promotional Group has purchased Canada-based BCG Creations (asi/37693), the companies announced today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Going forward, BCG will continue to be led by Bill and Sharon Miller and their entire staff will be retained, according to HUB.

“BCG adds a couple of unique product lines differentiated by highly personalized service,” said Joe Fleming, CEO of HUB. “HUB Pen and our partners all look forward to working with BCG to take their business to the next level.”

Founded in 1981, BCG is known for its emblematics and wood products. The deal will add custom lapel pins, keychains, medals, lanyards and ornaments to HUB’s overall offerings.

“Over the course of nearly 40-years, we’ve built our business based on an unwavering commitment to customer service,” said Bill Miller, BCG’s president. “People matter to us at BCG and the opportunity to partner with a company like HUB that shares our values is so important. Beyond BCG, the HUB Promotional umbrella also includes HUB Pen (asi/61966), Beacon (asi/39250), Best Promotions (asi/40344), Cooler Graphics (asi/80345) and Debco (asi/48885) – the last of which HUB acquired in June. In its most recent listing, Counselor ranked HUB as the 15th largest supplier in the industry, after the firm reported 2017 North American promo products sales of $103.5 million.
