WASIP Ltd., parent company of Ontario-based Redi-Medic (asi/43006), has announced the appointment of Janet Trachter to general manager of the Redi-Medic division.

“Trachter is a 27-year industry veteran with an accomplished track record building solid growth within the promotional products industry,” Paul Brindley, president and CEO of WASIP Ltd., said in a press release. “She spent the last eight years establishing two promotional safety suppliers as market leaders with multiple ASI Fastest Growing recognitions.”

Trachter most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing for Ontario-based supplier Justin Case (asi/63698). In 2015, she was named the ASI Supplier Woman of Distinction.

“We have the real deal here – safety products that meet the standards of industry and government,” Trachter said. “Redi-Medic, being able to draw on the enormous resources of WASIP Ltd. for commercial quality products, will have a game changing impact on the promotional safety sector of the promotional products industry.”
