The Pro Towels Family of Brands, which includes Pro Towels (asi/79750), Kanata Blanket Co., Neet Feet and Superior Decorating, has announced that it is currently running at limited capacity due to internal computer issues that occurred on July 5.

The company says production is still running and the team is working on any current scheduled orders. The company is also currently open and taking phone calls, but customer service is limited on the information they are able to provide their customers at this time. The company says it is working diligently to fix the issue and get back to working at full capacity. 

“Your business is important to us. We will do all we can to ensure orders continue to ship on time. We thank you for your patience as we work through this unusual circumstance,” The Pro Towels Family of Brands said in a statement.
