Not everyone can be a ‘QLP-er.’ When researching and hiring new employees, we place a lot of importance on personality and much less on skill and education. In most cases, this has paid off in spades. In the end, we got a fabulous group of people that goes to war for our company each and every single day.”

Fun Things: “Two recent things stand out. We sponsored a company outing for the entire office to see Weird Al Yankovic. Not only was it a great performance, but it was awesome seeing countless employees screaming ‘White and Nerdy’ at the top of their lungs. I mean, who doesn’t love Weird Al? He’s a cultural icon. We also recently had a company event at Pinot’s Palette in Naperville – wine, food, lots of paint.
