With slight sales growth over its $538.5 million sales in 2020, Proforma execs cited the company capitalizing on opportunities created by the reduction in the distributor marketplace during COVID, continuing to adapt to the demand for PPE, and leveraging its proprietary technology platform to empower its owners to increase productivity and profitability. Last year was a notable one for Proforma, led by Vera and Greg Muzzillo, who’ve been on Counselor’s Power 50 since its inception: Member company Albrecht & Co. recorded $43 million in sales, up nearly 40% from the previous year; 38 new members joined the company’s Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Clubs, acknowledged at Proforma’s 2021 Convention & Family Reunion, one of the industry’s first big events post-COVID last August; 24 Proforma owners were named to the 2021 Inc. 5000 list – double the previous year’s number; and December of 2021 was a new monthly sales record for the company, with $60 million in sales.
