It was a notable year for Boundless, as the company was purchased by Point Rider Capital and Treaty Oak Equity from Zazzle. Charley Dean, president of Point Rider, was installed as interim CEO, replacing founder/CEO Henrik Johansson who left the company in 2020. The distributor grew revenue by 10.6% as it benefited from a gradual return of business post-COVID, most notably the travel and leisure sector, after a precipitous drop in client demand in 2020.
