This promo product and decoration firm, with nearly 160 franchises in the U.S. alone, maintains its place on the list for the third year in a row following a year-over-year revenue fall of 4.8%. The company refocused on a “back-to-basics” approach on both apparel and hard goods after deriving more than a quarter of its sales from PPE in 2020. The company expanded in Canada with eight new franchises since September, while President Mike Brugger was named to the Counselor Power 50 list for the first time.
