Experiencing a 25% drop in sales last year, the Los Angeles-based distributor saw business halt in areas like live entertainment, sporting events and cruise lines. JNI did 15% of its sales in assorted PPE and recorded nearly $10 million in additional sales from its overseas offices in places like the U.K. And while the company did reduce its headcount during COVID, it currently has a roster of over 250 employees and is planning to staff up in 2021, as well as focus on an international expansion of its business. JNI’s leaders predict the company’s sales will be 30% higher than they were in 2020.
