Though its attempted acquisition of fellow Top 40 distributor BrandVia Alliance failed to come to fruition in September, BDA’s sales grew 15.7% from ’18 to ’19 and its five-year average annual growth rate was 14%. The firm, with a large footprint in the global market due to its U.K. business, continued to dominate in the sports promotions and licensing business.
