Continuing its strategy of acquiring high-profile, well-respected industry companies, HALO purchased three last year, including VA-based Boost Promotional Branding. Early this year it acquired NY-based Top 40 distributor Axis Promotions – which had promo sales of just over $52 million in 2019. Due to these strategic selections, HALO grew sales by 30% last year and boasts an average annual five-year growth rate of 25%. This year the company is aiming for “successful integrations of new technology that will better serve clients and account execs by improving efficiency in processes.”
