The deal marks Brand Revolution’s third major acquisition since it was formed in 2024 through the merger of U.S.-based marketing and events firm Haute and U.K.-based promo distributor Fluid Branding (asi/195718, which now serves at the promo arm of the combined company). In April, Brand Revolution acquired social-first creative agency Brilliant, based in Leeds, England, then added Denver, Colorado-based studio Lumenati in October.

Founded in Germany, fresh id is an EcoVadis Platinum-certified company that designs and sources custom merchandise, with a particular focus on sustainability. With the addition of fresh id, Brand Revolution expects to increase global reach, particularly in Germany and with manufacturing partners in Asia, as well as expand the company’s capabilities in custom products, POS and packaging.
The fresh id team will stay onboard as a division of Brand Revolution and remain based in Germany.
