Proforma’s (asi/300094) top-performing employees have cruised to success – in this case, literally.

The Counselor Top 40 distributor recently hosted its second employee incentive cruise, where 45 top employees and their guests embarked on a four-day Caribbean cruise to Cozumel, Mexico.

“The success of Proforma is built on the dedication and excellence of our employees,” said Doug Kordel, president and chief legal officer at Proforma. “This cruise was an incredible opportunity to celebrate the hard work that has brought us to where we are and look ahead to what we aim to accomplish next.”

Forty-five Proforma (asi/300094) employees recently embarked on an incentive cruise to celebrate their accomplishments and engage in team building.

The cruise was designed to specifically recognize employees who have played a large role in advancing Proforma’s key initiatives, especially technology and innovation. Attendees participated in team-building activities, strategy discussions and an award ceremony that celebrated achievements toward specific company goals.

Mike Dobozy, chief technology officer at Proforma, said the goal of the cruise was to celebrate employees’ hard work, but also to strengthen relationships within the organization.

“Recognizing and rewarding our team members who have significantly influenced our technology and innovation efforts,” Dobozy said, “is a crucial part of our continued evolution and success.”

Based on reported North American products revenue of $638 million, Proforma ranked fifth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
