The Shamrock Companies (asi/324237), an Ohio-based marketing and project management solutions firm, has acquired Tulsa, OK-based print and promotional products provider ProServ Business Products (asi/306752).

For Shamrock, the partnership serves as an opportunity for the distributor to expand its presence in Oklahoma and surrounding markets while providing additional resources and capabilities for existing ProServ customers in the region. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We are pleased to welcome ProServ to the Shamrock family,” said Gary Lesjak, CEO/CFO of Shamrock. “This partnership is a natural extension of our Dallas operations and allows us to leverage our regional infrastructure to better serve customers across the South-Central U.S.”

ProServ has served Tulsa clients since 2006 for print, promotional products, warehousing and fulfillment solutions. The company’s integrated approach is part of what made the acquisition a strong cultural fit, in addition to a customer-first mindset.

David Smith, the president of ProServ, will remain onboard at Shamrock as a sales director following the acquisition.

“This partnership gives our customers access to expanded eStore capabilities and fulfillment resources,” said Smith, “while allowing us to continue delivering the service and reliability they’ve always counted on.”
