The annual honor recognizes values like mentorship, volunteerism, generosity and kindness demonstrated by the award’s namesake, Fran Ford, an industry legend and former Counselor Lifetime Achievement Award honoree who passed away in 2018.
“Every single day June’s job is done with a smile and an attention to detail that makes all of us better at TMG,” Korowitz said. “I can’t think of another person in our group who has made such an impact in how we look to the industry, how we interact with industry people and each other, and yes, how we make more money.”
Also recognized at the national sales meeting were TMG’s top producer, Jessica Hiner; top revenue growth from Lori Bolton and Stacey Ballie; top inside sales manager, Donna Meyer; and top regional managers Jimmy Christ, and the team of Bill Nault and Leah Newman.
“In 2025, the world threw everything at us but the kitchen sink and we had growth – for that, and all of you, I am very proud,” said Chief Revenue Officer Dan Jellinek.
