Storm Creek (asi/89879) has released a second catalog: Storm Creek Limited. According to the supplier, the collection features well-stocked, sustainable favorites that won’t be reordered. It’s designed for quick turns and strong margins of over 60%, but isn’t suitable for programs since styles won’t be replenished, Storm Creek notes.
SnugZ USA (asi/88060), a Counselor Top 40 supplier, has added three new team members to its technology division. Julie O’Neal joins as director of products and services, where she’ll work with end-users to develop internal and customer-facing product solutions; Daniel Salgado will lead SnugZ’s engineering team as the director of software engineering, with a focus on advancing automation and process improvements; and Ruben Guevara will serve as senior manager of data science, working to make data more accessible to SnugZ teams. “I’m super excited to have Julie, Daniel and Ruben onboard,” said Alex Barberis, chief technology officer at Snugz USA. “Their leadership and experience will help us move faster, think bigger and build better.”
PCNA (asi/66887) has launched four new sustainable tote bag styles, all including a 1% for the Planet giveback component and eco-friendly materials like organic cotton or recycled poly blends. The styles are available in the U.S. and Canada.
Brandz Agency (asi/145168) has received a Fast 56 Award from the University of South Florida and a JMI 30 Award from the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at Florida State University. PWS (asi/75731) has reduced prices across its entire line of paper shopping bags and SOS bags, offering more than 50 products at lower prices. On average, the supplier says, prices are down 20%, with select items reduced by up to 30%. The supplier adds that it is holding steady with no price increases across the rest of its product line, including plastic bags, reusable bags, food service items, cotton bags and shipping mailers.

The soft-sided cooler, which requires no ice to keep beverages cold for seven hours, first appeared on Shark Tank and features insulation made of cardboard and neoprene.
