ASI Power Summit: Live, Free and Open to Any ASI Member

Every year, pre-Covid, I looked forward to one of my favorite industry events: a gathering of top leaders at the ASI Power Summit. This year of course, everything’s virtual, including our exclusive event, which is now free, online and open to any ASI member. As an optimist, I see that accessibility as a huge perk!
Our half-day ASI Power Summit Live is this Thursday, October 22, starting at 12 p.m. ET. You can view the agenda and register at asipowersummit.com.
The Power Summit is a great way to learn more about our industry from some of our smartest, savviest leaders, including a conversation I’ll have with our 2020 Counselor Person of the Year, Geiger President/CEO Jo-an Lantz about what’s ahead for a global company in 2021.
Our MCs are ASI’s Michele Bell and Andy Cohen, who will guide us through a packed afternoon of fast-moving sessions, 15-20 minutes long. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re interested in technology, social media strategies, WFH tips, new markets or new ways of scoring business in our non-event world. This is a participatory webinar: you can take polls and ask questions throughout the afternoon and even compete for prizes playing trivia games.
At the end of the day we’ll unveil our annual list of the biggest movers and shakers in the industry: The Counselor Power 50.
Kicking off the ASI Power Summit Live is Peter Shankman, a social media rock star and entrepreneur known for launching startups and promoting radical new ways of doing business, who will share concrete steps to adapting to today’s business uncertainty. Shankman has helped transform the digital presence of numerous world-renowned brands, including American Express, NASA, Snapple, Sprint and Walt Disney World.
