Here on the ASI Distributor Marketing Team, we’re so excited about starting fresh in 2022 with new mindsets, positive attitudes and a lot of self-love. Here’s what’s decorating our vision boards this New Year’s Eve:

• Abby: I'm not a huge fan of resolutions for the simple fact that I tend to create unrealistic goals and expectations that I am unable to achieve, and then I end up beating myself up mentally. So, the past few years, I've taken it easy on myself, and I plan to do that again for 2022. For 2022, I commit to spending less time looking at a screen/my phone and more time looking up and around. I will also achieve my 1000th strength workout with Peloton in 2022.
• Jaelle: I hope to put more time toward hobbies, interests and long-term goals.
• Jackie: My intention for the new year is to slow down, spend less time in front of screens and to keep growing. There are a lot of little things that fall under these intentions, but I find it so helpful to have an overarching theme to keep in mind as a guide throughout the year.
• Rita: My goal for 2022 is to focus on self-development. I'd like to work on developing a skill that I already have and to learn something new. I would also like to say yes more: yes to adventures, yes to meeting new people and yes to starting new things.
• Nick: Every year I have the same New Year’s resolution – to be a little bit better than the year before. A better partner, brother, son, and friend. A better listener. A better cook. A better writer. My attempted self-evaluation is ongoing and not just reserved for the start of the new year, but it’s still nice to take time to reflect on what’s making me happy, as well as the things I need to keep working on.
• Sam: Heading into 2022, I want to keep my eye on staying more present – in my conversations, in my day-to-day activities and in my experiences. My goal is to stay more grounded in the now, instead of worrying so much about the future or dwelling on the past.
